Kamelyon LPA-33
The Kamelyon LPA-33 linear power amplifier series brings a new level of performance and reliability to microwave transmission of digitally modulated video. The LPA-33 series provides from 2 Watts of digital usable RF power into any load. The LPA-33 is designed to mate with the Vislink HDT-1000 and DT-200 digital transmitters to provide extended transmission range. The high efficiency amplifier features broadband operation while requiring a minimum of DC current.  Packaged in a rugged, aluminum housing, the amplifier construction lends the LPA Series to applications where extreme environmental conditions are the norm. Minimum heat sinking is required in normal operation. An optional integrated heat sink with cooling fan is available. Chassis connectors may be sealed and gasketed, making the amplifier ideal for airborne operations where the amplifier is mounted on the helicopter skid.
The integral linearizer minimizes distortions typically associated with conventional techniques. The amplifier is designed to meet the stringent requirements of the DVBT spectral mask and may be used for COFDM, QPSK, QAM, and CW applications. Input and output port protection is provided with a VSWR better than 2.0:1 across the frequency band providing excellent matching into filters. Reverse polarity protection, short circuit and over voltage protection are standard features. The LPA Series linear amplifier is ideal for digital transmission applications in
