ODU Series The ODU Series contains PMR’s analog microwave hardware and features an integral parabolic dish antenna for long-range link performance. The ODU Series may be configured with PMR transmission hardware for operation in the L, S, or C-bands. The ODU Series is designed for rapid deployment under severe environmental conditions.
 The ODU Series is completely self-contained and simply requires a 12 Vdc or 120 Vac source for normal operation. The unit is designed to be mounted on a conventional heavy-duty tripod. The feed for the integral dish antenna may be easily removed by a unique twist-lock system to make transportation and storage easier.
The ODU Series features front panel controls and video test points to simplify set-up and link alignment. The frequency of the microwave link system may be selected by front panel rotary switches in 1 MHz steps. The ODU Series transmits one video (NTSC) and two audio channels. A front panel power switch, power present LED, and DC circuit breaker are provided. Reliable military style connectors are used for signal inputs and outputs to assure long term reliability.
